So today me and my friends Sarah, Saanieh & Alizey went vintage shopping and visited Bambah to see what all the fuss was going on about! I loved the shop, the layout was great and I especially loved their LBD (Little Black Dress, for those who are fashionably challenged) section in the corner, unfortunately I didn't get any pics but I got a new camera tonight so expect a lot more pictures on here!
Now, down to the clothes. Admittedly, they did have some nice stuff, but to be honest you had to search, it maybe OK if you're trying to re-live the 80's and it is a vintage shop so that's what you expect but for me personally, some of the items were too vintage. Things like hideous floral shirts with way to big shoulder pads that really should have stayed in the 80's and don't deserve to be seen in the 21st century! :/
There is a mens department, but compared to the women's it's tiny and really doesn't have anything special- a few nice tees and the odd jacket but nothing that stands out. Their jewelry was cute and had some pretty cool rings but nothing I liked enough to buy... (most things were over-priced)
When I was searching through their belts section (hold on, belt box) I came accross a really nice brown leather 'cowboy belt' and I've been looking out for one of these for ages and their quite big at the moment. It was reasonably priced at 105AED and thought why not!!

I think it will go really nice with light/stonewash jeans and a white tee, maybe a v-neck or vest. If I want to wear this with a vest I better start counting the calories more cos shit that aint' happening right now...
